JOB DESCRIPTION

Title/Position: Firmware Developer

Location: Bangalore

Education: Bachelor’sEngineering

Key Responsibilities:

·      Work closely with Business Unit headin defining strategy for the BU 

·      Responsible & accountable forengineering execution and deliveries for customer projects across globe 

·      Work proactively with differentstake holders in the organization for successful execution and projectreporting

·      Work proactively with HR team forhiring talented and capable engineers to fulfil the business needs

·      Mentor the teams’ growth &create a conducive environment in the BU for their success 

·      Support sales team in customerfacing activities, proposal preparation to win business

KeySkills:

• Bachelors in Electronics Engineering is a minimum requirement
• Masters in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering is an added advantage
• 6+ years of Industry experience in the industry
• Team handling
• Experience on developing professional-grade software programming with C and Embedded.
• Hands Experience with MCU peripherals like UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB and ETHERNET etc..
• Hands on Experience with standard debuggers and toolchains.
• Good understanding on Controller architecture and peripherals.
• Good understanding on the software developments life cycle.
• Should have handled teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must
• An attitude to learn and grow. Adaptability and flexibility is desired
