JOB DESCRIPTION

Title/Position: Hardware Engineer- Lead

Location: Bangalore

Education: Bachelor’sEngineering

Key Responsibilities:

·       Work closely with Business Unit head in defining strategyfor the BU. 

·       Responsible & accountable for engineering execution anddeliveries for customer projects across globe 

·       Work proactively with different stake holders in theorganization for successful execution and project reporting

·       Work proactively with HR team for hiring talented andcapable engineers to fulfil the business needs.

·       Mentor the teams’ growth & create a conduciveenvironment in the BU for their success. 

·       Support sales team in customer facing activities, proposalpreparation to win business.

KeySkills:

·       Bachelorsin Electronics Engineering is a minimum requiremen

·       Mastersin Electronics or Computer Science Engineering is an added advantage

·       6+years of experience in hardware design andDevelopment, Team management,

·       Provenexperience in board design through full development life cycle andconfiguration management for managing associated documentation (BOMs,schematics, drawings, etc.

·     Hands-onexperience on test & measurement equipment like oscilloscopes,multi-meters, signal generators, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.

·        Familiarwith the RF, Power, Mixed-Signal systems, Digital interfaces, and related HWdesign methodologies.

·        Strongboard design skills with experience in RF, Mixed-Signal systems, High-speedserial interfaces, microprocessor subsystems, FPGA-based design, signalintegrity, and power distribution design concepts.

·        Solidhands-on experience in Schematic capture tools like DxDesigner, Concept HDL,and OrCAD Capture.

·        Familiaritywith PCB CAD Layout tools like Expedition, Allegro, and OrCAD.

·       Familiaritywith Simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, PowerSI, PowerPC, Hyperlynx) to execute SI-PIsimulations is required.

·       Ableto communicate clearly, organize effectively, anddocument work thoroughlywhile working with local and on-site teams.

·        Familiarwith the typical digital video, audio, and other multimedia interfaces.Examples include HDMI, DisplayPort, MIPI DSI/CSI, I2S, TDM, etc.

·       Familiarwith the typical data and control interfaces. Examples include UART, USB, SPI,I2C, Ethernet, SDIO, PCIe, etc.

·       Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

·       Experience in handling customer communication
