Position: Software Engineer
Experience: 2-5 years
Location – Bangalore

Technical Skillset Required:
Strong debugging, data analysis and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of digital and analog circuits, its associated test methods, and fault model
Test content development experience, fundamental knowledge of DFT for test coverage and exposure to ATE tester platforms
Having strong knowledge on Intel HDMT tester, (Class and Sort) Test Pattern conversion tool (TVPV), Test Program Generation Tool (TPIE), Debugging tool (Shmoo), Test tool (Trace), Statistical software tool (JMP pro)
Having knowledge on development of product and TP release.
Performing Yield improvement and TTR activities
