JOB DESCRIPTION

Title/Position: HW Board Circuit Design

Location: Bangalore

Education: Bachelor’s Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

·        Work closely with Business Unit head in defining strategy for the BU. 

·        Responsible & accountable for engineering execution and deliveries for customer projects across globe 

·        Work proactively with different stake holders in the organization for successful execution and project reporting

·        Work proactively with HR team for hiring talented and capable engineers to fulfil the business needs.

·        Mentor the teams’ growth & create a conducive environment in the BU for their success. 

·        Support sales team in customer facing activities, proposal preparation to win business.

Key Skills:

·        Proven experience in board design through full development life cycle and configuration     management for managing associated documentation (BOMs, schematics, drawings, etc.)

·         Hands-on experience on test & measurement equipment like oscilloscopes, multi-meters, signal generators, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.

·        Familiar with the RF, Power, Mixed-Signal systems, Digital interfaces, and related HW design methodologies.

·        Strong board design skills with experience in RF, Mixed-Signal systems, High-speed serial interfaces, microprocessor subsystems, FPGA-based design, signal integrity, and power distribution design concepts.

·        Solid hands-on experience in Schematic capture tools like DxDesigner, Concept HDL, and OrCAD Capture.

·        Familiarity with PCB CAD Layout tools like Expedition, Allegro, and OrCAD.

·         Familiarity with Simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, PowerSI, PowerPC, Hyperlynx) to execute SI-PI simulations is required.

·         Able to communicate clearly, organize effectively, and document work thoroughly while working with local and on-site teams.

·        Familiar with the typical digital video, audio, and other multimedia interfaces. Examples include HDMI, DisplayPort, MIPI DSI/CSI, I2S, TDM, etc.

·        Familiar with the typical data and control interfaces. Examples include UART, USB, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, SDIO, PCIe, etc.
