Technical Skillset required:
Experience in. 802.11ax/ac testing WLAN software solutions or products
Good knowledge in IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac standards and WLAN Testing experience
Excellent knowledge in WLAN (WiFi) 802.11 Wireless protocol specification is essential
Ability to create test beds required for WiFi protocol testing, roaming and other Wireless solutions
Experience in testing using Wireless protocols (WPS, WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA3, AES, TKIP, Enterprise server)
RF Wireless experience completing analysis and design for robust wireless coverage
Must know how to create the test plans, by understanding the product features
Must have hands-on experience in Wi-Fi certification
Design review of wireless products and ability to guide junior members for testing.
Experience in using bug tracking tool JIRA or Bugzilla
Must be familiar with testing the Linux, Windows based Wireless products or solutions
Experience in scripting languages like Python, shell for improving the test automation setups, log parsers/analyzers
Must be able to work with multiple team members.
Should also be able to work with development/product management
Working experience in WiFi Drivers, WiFi Application, using WiFi chipset drivers from any of the chipset vendors, viz, Atheros / Broadcom / Quantenna / Mediatek / Marvell will be an added advantage
