JOB DESCRIPTION

Title/Position:HW Board Circuit Design

Location:Bangalore

Education:Bachelor’s Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

·       Work closely withBusiness Unit head in defining strategy for the BU. 

·       Responsible &accountable for engineering execution and deliveries for customer projectsacross globe 

·       Work proactivelywith different stake holders in the organization for successful execution andproject reporting

·       Work proactivelywith HR team for hiring talented and capable engineers to fulfil the business needs.

·       Mentor the teams’growth & create a conducive environment in the BU for their success. 

·       Support salesteam in customer facing activities, proposal preparation to win business.

Key Skills:

·       Proven experience in boarddesign through full development life cycle and configuration   management for managing associateddocumentation (BOMs, schematics, drawings, etc.)

·       Hands-on experience on test & measurementequipment like oscilloscopes, multi-meters, signal generators, logic analyzers,spectrum analyzers, etc.

·       Familiar with the RF, Power,Mixed-Signal systems, Digital interfaces, and related HW design methodologies.

·       Strong board design skillswith experience in RF, Mixed-Signal systems, High-speed serial interfaces,microprocessor subsystems, FPGA-based design, signal integrity, and powerdistribution design concepts.

·       Solid hands-on experience inSchematic capture tools like DxDesigner, Concept HDL, and OrCAD Capture.

·       Familiarity with PCB CADLayout tools like Expedition, Allegro, and OrCAD.

·       Familiarity with Simulation tools (ADS, HFSS,PowerSI, PowerPC, Hyperlynx) to execute SI-PI simulations is required.

·       Able to communicate clearly, organizeeffectively, and document work thoroughly while working with localand on-site teams.

·       Familiar with the typicaldigital video, audio, and other multimedia interfaces. Examples include HDMI,DisplayPort, MIPI DSI/CSI, I2S, TDM, etc.

·       Familiar with the typicaldata and control interfaces. Examples include UART, USB, SPI, I2C, Ethernet,SDIO, PCIe, etc.
