Business Development Executive
- Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (TESIN-EC)
2 - 3 years
- Identify and target potential customers for Embedded Systems and Silicon engineering primarily targeting US geo
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client companies
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure that customer needs are met and projects are completed successfully
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Electrical or Electronics engineering, or a related field
- Experience in sales or business development in semiconductor, Automotive, Avionics and Industrial IoT Markets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with semiconductor design and manufacturing processes is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM tools highly preferable
