Position: Product Engineer / Lead

Your Role andResponsibilities
• Be responsible for driving new product development fromdesigns stage to high volume production
• Managing IC product mass production including, majorWS/FT/SLT failure bin analysis in ramp up stage,continuous yield improvement,excursion management, risk assessment, DPPM reduction, customer RMAsample analysis and production release.
• Use data processing tools like Exension , O+,Jump, DataPower, Excel used to calculate CPK, identify
outliers, set limits and guard bands based on statistics
• Be responsible for HW/SW integration, qualification andcharacterization plan development, first silicon
debug, process experiment (split) definition, devicecharacterization, data analysis, product
documentation/presentation, test limit (guard band)generation.
• Work very closely with test and design engineers to releaseproduct to full production.
• Perform Test program modification , Release and debug onthe tester platform
• Run cross functional meeting with project team members andacross time zones and sites
• Manage customer returns and RMA process and drive timelyclosure
• Participate in yield analysis, drive necessary improvementactions on silicon process, setting optimization, and testing robustnessin order to improve yield to target
• Work with reliability engineers to achieve successfulproduct qualifications
• Failure analysis support for customer returned issue

PreferredQualification
• Requires BE/B.Tech degree in Electrical / Electronic with 1to 8+ years of Semiconductor Product
engineering experience.
• Experience/knowledge in new product characterization,qualification and strong analytical skills, ability toproblem solve and debug systems, circuits, and devices
• Deep understanding of statistical data analysis along withdata analysis tools such as Excel VBA / Spotfire O+ / JMP / Galaxy.
• Should have basic to advance Knowledge of the ATE Tester,V93K is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to problem solve anddebug systems, circuits, and devices.
• Experienced in product coordination, yield improvement& test time reduction.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor quality and automotivestandard process control
• Hands-on experience with production & Characterizationdata collection at Wafer as well as Package level
• Experience in working in production test floors, benchinstruments & ATE is a plus.
• Experience with Probers and Handlers is a plus
• Excellent communication skills as well as detail-orientedwork ethic and project management  knowledge
