Tessolve is an ISO 9001:2015 certificated organization and we adopt the eight quality principles mentioned above.

We are committed to meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering quality solutions and service. We strive hard to continually improve the quality of services through skill upgradation & team work.

Each department at Tessolve is governed by a set of Procedures and Processes which are meticulously followed by all employees in the organization.

Our Quality Management system comprises of a four level system.

Our Quality Manual has been written to meet the requirements of International Organization for Standardization as well as to meet our Customer expectations. It is supported by well documented Procedures, Guidelines & Work Instructions and Checklists.

The Checklists used at various stages have been prepared based on over 100 man-years of invaluable practical experiences of our project team members. We also update them at regular intervals for continuous improvement.

We also proactively measure and manage the Quality level of our services at all relevant stages and departments.

Quality Checks
Our dedicated team of Quality Professionals verify the deliverables at various stages against standard Checklists and ensure that they meet customer specifications and our quality standards before they are delivered to our customers. The Procedures and Checklists are designed such that all the critical aspects of project requirements are taken care effectively. Quality Professionals at Tessolve act as a customer and ensure that the deliverables are quality assured before delivering to our real customers.

Corrective And Preventive Actions
We encourage feedback from our customers periodically. Feedbacks / complaints from customers are treated as opportunities for improvement and addressed immediately by Managers with responsibility and authority. Appropriate Corrective And Preventive Actions are taken and completed by following a well-documented 8D process.
